About the role
As a Diploma Educator, you will:
- Create engaging, inclusive, play‑based learning environments
- Support planning, implementation and evaluation of programs aligned with EYLF V2.0
- Document children’s learning using observations, learning stories and digital tools
- Build strong, respectful relationships with children and families
- Uphold children’s rights, agency and cultural safety
- Maintain safe supervision, ratios and child‑safe practices at all times
- Contribute to the Quality Improvement Plan and reflective practice
- Support a positive, ethical and professional team culture
This role requires strong knowledge of the NQF, NQS, child protection legislation and best‑practice pedagogy.
About you
You will bring:
- Diploma of Early Childhood Education & Care (or ACECQA‑approved equivalent)
- Strong understanding of EYLF V2.0, NQS and the National Law & Regulations
- Warm, respectful communication and professional boundaries
- Commitment to inclusive, culturally safe and child‑centred practice
- Experience documenting children’s learning and contributing to program planning
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis training
- Valid Working With Children Check
- Recent National Police Check
- National Child Safety Training & approved Child Protection Training
