About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Barista who thrives in a high-volume café and takes pride in consistently producing exceptional coffee. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who remains calm under pressure, works efficiently, and enjoys being part of a professional team.
Work Commitment: Wednesday to Sunday
What You'll Bring
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Barista in a busy café.
- Ability to produce approximately 4kg of coffee per shift/day while maintaining quality and consistency.
- Strong latte art and excellent knowledge of espresso extraction, milk texturing, and workflow.
- Experience preparing a full range of iced beverages, frappes, smoothies, milkshakes, and specialty drinks.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy breakfast and lunch services.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive, team-first attitude.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering exceptional customer service.
