leading Civil Company that operates across multiple sites in the Wagga Wagga region. We are currently seeking multiple motivated and experienced
Skilled Labourers to join their team for an expansive project schedule.
This is a long-term temporary opportunity working alongside a dedicated Foreman and Leading Hand on a pipeline of work scheduled through the end of 2026. We are looking for "all-rounders" who are physically fit, reliable, and possess a solid background in civil, carpentry, or concreting works.
Project Details
- Start Date: Week of the 22 June 2026
- Duration: Full-time hours through December 2026
- Location: Various sites across Wagga Wagga, NSW
Key Responsibilities
- Hands-on Civil Labouring: Undertaking physical, manual labour tasks including site preparation, trenching, ground excavation, and handling materials.
- Assisting Machine Operators: Working closely with plant operators, spotting machinery, and preparing areas for rollers, excavators VACC trucks
- Structural Support: Assisting with formwork, steel fixing, and concrete pours (highly advantageous).
- Tool Operation: Safe and proficient operation of various hand and power tools.
- Site Safety: Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe worksite in strict accordance with OHS standards.
Requirements & Qualifications To be successful in this role, you must possess:
- Experience: Proven history as a skilled labourer in civil, carpentry, or concreting environments, with a strong comfort level for physically demanding work.
- Fitness & Attitude: Physically fit, reliable, and ready to get stuck into manual civil tasks daily.
- Safety: Valid White Card (Essential).
- Tickets & Certificates: Asbestos Awareness and Silica Awareness certificates are highly advantageous. A valid EWP (Elevated Work Platform) ticket is also a massive advantage for this project.
- Transport: Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport to move between local sites.
- Equipment: Must provide your own steel-cap boots and full PPE and Hard Hat.
