The Opportunity
This role sits within our People & Culture team, supporting enterprise-wide initiatives across digital transformation, behavioural change and internal communications.
You’ll work across both strategy and delivery — helping teams navigate change in real time, while shaping consistent approaches that can be applied across the business.
In this role, you will:
- Build and embed change management foundations, including playbooks, frameworks and tools to support enterprise initiatives
- Partner with teams to design and deliver change approaches that drive behavioural adoption
- Develop clear, engaging internal communications across channels (e.g. articles, newsletters, leadership messaging)
- Support digital and enterprise initiatives by driving engagement and adoption across the business
- Collaborate with senior leaders and key stakeholders to shape messaging and guide teams through change
- Measure the impact of change and communications initiatives, using insights to improve effectiveness
What We Are Looking For
We’re looking for someone who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery — and who enjoys making complex change simple, clear and practical for others.
You’ll likely bring:
- Demonstrated experience in change management, internal communications or transformation roles
- Experience delivering change across enterprise or digital initiatives
- Strong internal communications capability, with proven writing and content development skills
- The ability to engage, influence and challenge stakeholders at all levels
- A practical, solutions-focused mindset with a focus on outcomes and adoption
- The ability to work in ambiguity and build structure where it doesn’t yet exist
