We’re looking for a mature, reliable and proactiveReceptionist to join our team in Hawthorn. Our practice sits in the heart of one of Melbourne’s most vibrant and iconic precincts.
This is not your typical front desk role.
We don’t do rushed, transactional or impersonal interactions. We place a strong emphasis on warm, genuine service, where patients are welcomed, known, and treated with care. We value professionalism, but never at the expense of kindness or human connection and our team supports each other in the same way.

About the Role
- Part-time (35+ hours per week), 4 days
- 7:45am - 5:30pm
- Essential availability Tuesday – Friday
- Full-time opportunity available for the right candidate
You’ll be the first point of contact for our patients, both in person and over the phone. This role requires someone who can manage multiple priorities, think ahead, and follow through consistently.
