We are looking for a motivated Kitchen Hand to work in our modern and vibrant kitchen. This role will provide you with stepping stones to further your hospitality career! Great potential to learn and gain new skills. Current Hospitality students encouraged to apply.
The successful candidate will undertake all duties including:
-Monitoring implementing and complying with Workplace Health and Safety Laws.
-Enforcing Hygiene, cleaning and safety standards and ensuring the kitchen is clean and sanitary
-Other duties as required by the manager or chef
-Cleaning benches, floors and other kitchen areas and taking out rubbish
-Assisting the chef in the preparation and cooking of food, including but not limited to prepping and cutting ingredients, as required
-Handling, sorting and distributing food items
-Washing and cleaning utensils and dishes and using industrial dish-washing machine
Experience
-1 years previous experience in a similar role is preferred.

Shift hours are from 9am-3pm.
