Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Appear in promotional videos and represent the OSMS brand.
- Plan and manage social media and digital marketing campaigns.
- Welcome clients and manage front reception.
- Respond to phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media enquiries.
- Assist clients with education and visa enquiries.
- Schedule appointments for education consultants and migration agents.
- Support office administration and daily operations.
Requirements
- Experience in social media marketing and content creation.
- Confident appearing in promotional videos.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Experience using Canva, CapCut, or similar editing software.
- Previous experience in an Australian education or migration agency is highly regarded.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Professional, friendly, and proactive attitude.
