The role
As a Talent Solutions Consultant, you will act as an Account and Delivery Manager within the Brennan IT Staff Augmentation practice across ACT. This includes working with the highly engaged Brennan customer portfolio to deliver on Talent Solutions including consultant / contractor placements and permanent hires.
This role will be a 12-month fixed term contract (with the opportunity to turn into a permanent role).
What you will be doing:
- Develop and grow strong client relationships within the ACT and Federal Government market (amongst others).
- Consistently deliver high-quality recruitment outcomes by understanding client requirements, providing market insights, and managing end-to-end recruitment process.
- Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines across multiple ICT disciplines to support current and future client needs.
- Utilise a range of sourcing strategies, including networking, referrals, advertising, Boolean search, and direct approaches to attract top talent.
- Manage the full candidate lifecycle, including screening, interviewing, shortlisting, and presenting candidates to clients.
What you will bring to be successful in this role:
- Minimum 4 years’ ICT recruitment experience within an agency or staff augmentation environment, ideally across ACT/Federal Government.
- Strong stakeholder management and account development skills.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving recruitment and sales targets.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work autonomously.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience using Boolean search and social media sourcing techniques to identify top talent.
