Retail & Brand Coordinator (Part-Time – 3 Days Per Week)
About the Role
We’re looking for an enthusiastic, creative and customer-focused Retail & Brand Coordinator to join our growing fashion retail business.
This is more than just a retail position. We’re looking for someone who loves fashion, enjoys helping women feel confident, has an eye for styling, and is excited to help grow our brand through social media and creative content.

This is a permanent part-time position working 3 days per week, with the opportunity for additional hours as the business grows.
Your Responsibilities
Retail Sales & Customer Service
- Deliver exceptional customer service to every customer.
- Assist customers with styling and outfit selections.
- Build genuine relationships with customers and encourage repeat business.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Process sales using the POS system.
- Maintain a clean, organised and beautifully presented boutique.
- Assist with stock replenishment and inventory management.
- Help create an enjoyable and welcoming shopping experience.
Social Media & Content Creation
- Create engaging Instagram, Facebook and TikTok content.
- Film and edit Reels, Stories and promotional videos.
- Photograph new arrivals and in-store displays.
- Assist in planning and scheduling weekly social media content.
- Write engaging captions and interact with our online community.
- Stay up to date with current fashion and social media trends.
Brand & Visual Merchandising
- Merchandise new arrivals to create beautiful in-store displays.
- Ensure the boutique always looks premium and inviting.
- Assist with new collection launches and promotional events.
- Help grow brand awareness through creative ideas and marketing initiatives.
- Maintain a consistent brand image across both the boutique and social media platforms.
About You
We’re looking for someone who:
- Loves fashion and styling.
- Has a genuine passion for customer service.
- Is confident using Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
- Enjoys creating engaging content.
- Is creative, organised and proactive.
- Has excellent communication skills.
- Is reliable, punctual and professional.
- Takes pride in their personal presentation.
- Enjoys working both independently and as part of a team.
- Has a positive attitude and is eager to learn.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in the following is highly regarded:
- Fashion or boutique retail
- Customer service
- Social media management
- Content creation
- Canva
- CapCut or similar video editing software
- Visual merchandising
- Photography
- Previous retail experience is preferred but not essential for the right person with the right attitude and passion.
