What We're Looking For
We're looking for passionate and dedicated early childhood professionals to join childcare centres across regional NSW.
We're particularly interested in:
- Educators with Certificate III/IV or higher qualifications in Early Childhood Education and Care.
- Diploma-qualified educators looking to take the next step in their career.
- Relevant hands-on experience in an early childhood education and care setting.
- A genuine passion for supporting children's learning, development and wellbeing.
- Strong communication, teamwork and relationship-building skills.
- Current NSW Working with Children Check (WWCC) or willingness to obtain one.
- Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Management certifications.
- Current National Police Check or willingness to obtain one.
- Valid Australian work rights and strong English communication skills.

For Diploma-Qualified Educators
Diploma-qualified candidates may take on additional responsibilities in program planning, documentation, mentoring and supporting quality practice within the room, depending on the centre's needs.

Pay: $64,000.00 – $73,000.00 per year
