Do you have a big personality, love engaging with people, and thrive in a fast-paced environment? We're looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Bingo Caller/Attendant to join our team at SOPO.
Our bingo sessions can host up to 200 patrons, so we're seeking someone who can confidently take control of the room, keep the energy high, and ensure our guests have an enjoyable and memorable experience.
About the Role:
- Calling bingo sessions in a clear, confident and engaging manner
- Assisting patrons with bingo books, enquiries and payments
- Providing exceptional customer service to all guests
- Setting up and packing down bingo sessions
- Maintaining accuracy and attention to detail throughout sessions
- Working collaboratively with the wider team to ensure smooth operations
About You:
- Previous experience as a Bingo Caller or Bingo Attendant is essential
- Confident speaking in front of large groups of people
- Friendly, outgoing and able to build rapport with patrons
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, punctual and well presented
- Ability to remain organised and focused in a busy environment
- Current QLD RSA (or willingness to obtain)
