At Lives Lived Well, we support people to reduce harm, build skills and move forward with their lives. Across our residential services in Orange, you’ll help create a safe, welcoming environment where people can focus on recovery—starting with something as simple, and powerful, as a good meal.
This role works across two services, each with a unique purpose:
Elouera - a residential withdrawal and rehabilitation service for women in Orange who need support with alcohol and other drug recovery. The program allows women to stay with children under 12.
Wyla - provides live-in withdrawal and rehabilitation support for adults based at the Bloomfield Hospital Campus just outside Orange - helping people prepare for recovery beyond their residential stay.
You’ll be part of a team that is humble, human and full of hope, working together to make a lasting impact.
Your Opportunity

Working across Wyla for 3 days per week and Elouera for 2 days per week, you’ll coordinate the day-to-day kitchen operations and work alongside residents to prepare daily meals.
This is a full time, fixed term role until the end of January 2027, with possible extension. Hours of work from 11am to 7pm, Monday to Friday – enabling you to enjoy your weekends!
You’ll be trusted to run your kitchen, while being supported by a team that values collaboration, inclusion and continuous improvement.
