RJ | Property Services is a boutique commercial cleaning company providing high-quality property services across Sydney.
We are currently seeking experienced, professional Contract Cleaners to join our trusted contractor network and deliver exceptional cleaning standards across premium commercial, strata and high-end client facing spaces.
We are looking for contractors who take pride in their presentation, attention to detail and ability to provide a consistent, professional service to our clients.
The ideal contractor will have:
✓ Proven experience in commercial, strata and luxury client facing spaces
✓ Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality results
✓ Professional presentation and strong communication skills
✓ Ability to communicate confidently in English with clients and site contacts
✓ Experience working independently and managing cleaning requirements to client specifications
Requirements:
✓ Own professional cleaning equipment, including backpack vacuum and commercial-grade products
✓ Current ABN and Public Liability Insurance
✓ Registered sole trader, partnership or company (teams no larger than 3 people)
✓ Current driver’s licence and reliable transport
✓ Willingness to work after hours (6pm - 12am)
Experience in end-of-build cleans, detailed cleans or premium property presentation will be highly regarded.

Contract Opportunity | Competitive Subcontractor Rates
Rates are dependent on experience, scope of works and client requirements and start at $45/hr. Experienced contractors with the right skills and standards will have the opportunity to earn substantially more.
