About the Role
Join us as a Nurse Consultant and bring your expertise to support patients undergoing complex pelvic surgery. Lead care, guide teams, and improve outcomes through clinical excellence and innovation.
What you’ll do
- Provide expert nursing care and clinical guidance to patients
- Lead and mentor nursing teams to build confidence and skills
- Coordinate projects and programs to enhance patient outcomes
- Advise on best practice, policy and care improvements
- Collaborate with medical and allied health teams to optimise care
About You
You are a confident senior nurse ready to lead expert care, support teams and drive quality outcomes in complex surgical services.
- Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration required
- Apply advanced acute surgical nursing knowledge in practice
- Lead teams, support change and guide clinical improvement
- Supervise staff, students and foster capability growth
- Communicate clearly within multidisciplinary healthcare teams
