Positions Available: Barista (Full-Time / Part-Time / Casual) & Team Leader

Barista
Key Responsibilities
- Expertly operate, maintain, and calibrate coffee machines and grinders
- Dial in blends and single-origin coffees to ensure exceptional consistency and flavour
- Deliver refined, warm, and engaging customer service
- Process sales transactions and handle EFTPOS accurately
- Share product knowledge confidently and authentically
- Monitor stock levels and uphold premium product presentation standards
- Execute opening and closing procedures with precision
About You
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a high-volume café or fresh food environment
- Professionally trained barista with strong technical coffee knowledge
- Confident in latte art and milk texturing
- Highly detail-oriented with a commitment to quality
- Available to work 25–38 hours per week
- Well-presented, reliable, and passionate about hospitality
Team Leader
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, inspire, and support a high-performing café team
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring seamless service execution
- Manage stock control and inventory systems efficiently
- Handle customer feedback with professionalism and care
- Maintain exceptional service and coffee standards at all times
- Perform barista duties (preferred but not essential)
About You
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Team Leader in a fast-paced café
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to remain composed under pressure
- Sound operational and organisational skills
- Barista expertise (including latte art) highly regarded
- Flexible availability, including weekends
- Australian resident with full working rights
- Deep passion for customer service, food, beverages, and specialty coffee
