This unique teaching opportunity at Paluma Environmental Education Centre involves delivering residential school camps, excursions, leadership programs, and curriculum-aligned learning experiences for students from schools across North Queensland. Based between Townsville and Paluma, the role includes overnight stays during residential programs and offers the chance to work with a wide range of students in an active, outdoor learning environment. Suitable for adaptable teachers from any teaching background, this position provides valuable experience in outdoor and environmental education while working as part of a supportive and collaborative team.
Along with our site in Paluma, we also operate from an administration office located at Vincent State School, allowing easier access to local schools and less travel away for teachers based in the Townsville area.
