Warehouse Coordinator – Trakka
Trakka builds premium campervans and motorhomes right here in Australia. After 20 years of keeping our warehouse running like clockwork, our current workshop coordinator is hanging up the hi-vis and heading into a well-earned retirement. Big shoes to fill, and we're looking for someone ready to step into them.
This is a rare chance to own a critical part of our operation from the ground up. You'll start transitioning into the role over the coming months with a proper handover, so you'll have time to learn the ropes before it's fully yours.
What you'll be doing
- Managing all incoming stock, checking deliveries against our drawings and specs in line with Trakka's Quality Management System
- Running the warehouse efficiently, prioritising daily and weekly tasks so production has what it needs, when it needs it
- Taking ownership of racking, pallet storage, and housekeeping standards in line with WHS requirements
- Operating the forklift safely and maintaining a zero-compromise approach to forklift safety around the facility
- Inventory control, keeping stock accurate, organised, and easy to locate
- Coordinating with Parts to manage stock levels and flag shortages early
- Picking and preparing parts and materials for build orders
- Keeping the warehouse clean, organised, and audit-ready
What we're looking for
- Someone who takes pride in running a tight, well-organised space
- Strong attention to detail. If a part doesn't match the drawing, you catch it
- Ability to prioritise and self-manage your workload without constant direction
- Physically fit, as this is a hands-on role with regular manual handling
- A genuine respect for WHS and safety procedures, especially around forklift operations and racking compliance
Essential requirements
- Current forklift licence
- Basic computer skills for inventory management systems

- Additional training provided as needed to get you fully up to speed

- Salary: competitive, based on experience
