About the Role
Join the CALHN Metabolic and Bariatric Unit and help deliver a welcoming, efficient and patient-centred service. You'll provide high-quality administrative support to a multidisciplinary team, ensuring patients, clinicians and stakeholders receive exceptional service every step of the way.
- Support clinic administration and patient services
- Coordinate appointments, referrals and enquiries
- Maintain accurate records and data systems
- Liaise with clinicians and hospital teams
- Deliver responsive customer service and admin support
About You
You're a customer-focused administrator who thrives in a busy healthcare environment and enjoys supporting patients and multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience in healthcare administration or customer service
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry
- Ability to manage competing priorities with accuracy
- Commitment to confidentiality and quality service
