EBR is seeking an experienced Recruiter / Talent Sourcer to proactively identify and assess talent for our clients. This full-time role will support our Recruitment Services Manager and will play a critical role in ensuring we are helping our clients hire the best possible talent.
Sourcing (50%)
- Source active and passive candidates through a variety of methods including social media, networking, cold calling, Internet advertisements and searches, schools, and other creative and traditional search methods.
- Build networks to find qualified passive candidates
Interviewing & Candidate Management (50%)
- Conduct in-depth candidate assessments via thorough phone screens, face to face and SKYPE interviews.
- Ensure a positive experience for all candidates beginning with initial contact
- Provide timely, accurate, and relevant feedback to candidates throughout the various recruiting cycles
- Coach candidates on effectively representing themselves and their skills and experience, in order to set them up for success
- Keep accurate documentation related to candidate interactions, statuses, etc. that is in full compliance with all legal requirements.
- Manage the interviewing, selection, offer, negotiation and closing processes that is in line with EBRs’ guidelines and exhibits fairness and professionalism to candidates.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Experience in recruitment/candidate management or headhunting/sourcing experience (recent graduates see our trainee role)
- Exceptional interviewing, communication, organizational and a passion for finding exceptional people
- Ability to maintain strong relationships with all clients/candidates and colleagues
- Solid business acumen
- BA/BS degree preferred
