Clark rubber joondalup is seeking a Full-time , casual technician to join our team. You will work Monday to Friday (min 38 hours per week) or betwenn 20 - 30 hours casual.

Key responsibilities For pool Technichian includes:
- General pool maintenance including cleaning, testing and balancing domestic swimming pools
- Routine maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of swimming pool equipment including pumps, filters, chlorinators and pool cleaners
- Sales and installation of new equipment
- Quote generation and follow up
- Scheduling and inventory management
Some of the key responsibilities for Retail Sales assistant includes:
- Greeting customers and providing excellent customer service
- Giving advice and solutions to customers
- Achieving KPIs and sales budgets
- Processing sales orders and quotes
- Work in a team environment to help achieve business objectives
- Stocking shelves with merchandise and general housekeeping
- Set up in-store promotions and merchandising
- Be involved in stock control and management
- Receipting, managing and ticketing large amounts of stock
- Being responsible for processing cash and card payments.
- Dealing with customer refunds
- Reporting discrepancies and problems to the management team
- Water Testing for customers
- Other tasks and duties as required
Candidates should have:
- A willingness to learn the latest techniques and technology
- A current driver’s license with a good driving record
- Great customer service skills and an ability to work in a team
- Previous plumbing, electrical or gas experience would be an advantage but not essential
- Highly motivated, with a positive attitude and ability to work unsupervised
- Enjoy the outdoors and engaging with customers
- Experience in onsite swimming pool service/maintenance preferred but not essential

You will be trained and become highly proficient in the following areas:
- Manual pool and spa maintenance;
- Water testing and analysis;
- Service & repair of pool and spa equipment including pumps, robotic cleaners, suction cleaners, filters, chlorinators, heaters, pipework, and any other equipment which may need maintenance or repair; and
- Use of advanced diagnostic equipment to determine faults and problems.
Once trained you will be able to:
- Test and balance water using advanced electronic equipment;
- Manually clean a variety of residential pools and spas;
- Install pumps, filters and chlorinators in line with manufacturer's specifications;
- Service and maintain all pool & spa equipment; and
- Learn skills which are transferable across our entire organisation with many opportunities to grow in our company.
- Working in store as retail asiistant , when not busy on field .
To be successful in this role, you will also need to:
- Have a current Australian driver's license;
- Excellent time management skills;
- Be self-motivated, energetic and able to think on your feet;
- Be friendly, helpful and polite when dealing with our retail customers and service customers;
- Be able to work unsupervised; and
- Have a current police clearance (within 4 weeks of starting).
