We’re looking for a reliable and experienced Appliance Service Technician to join our team.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, servicing, testing and, where required, installing a range of domestic appliances, including:
- Dishwashers
- Washing machines
- Dryers
- Cooktops
- Rangehoods
- Ovens
- Refrigerators and freezers
This is a field-based position with a variety of warranty and private repair work.
Our office team manages bookings, customer communication, parts and job allocation, allowing our technicians to focus on diagnosing faults and completing quality repairs.
About You
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- Experience servicing and repairing domestic appliances
- Strong diagnostic, fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Full, unrestricted Australian working rights
- A current full/open Australian driver’s licence
- The ability to work independently and manage your daily workload
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- Reliability, honesty and professional integrity
- Care and attention in your workmanship
- Confidence using mobile apps and digital job-management systems
You’ll also be a reporting pro who understands the importance of clear, accurate and detailed job notes.
Our AI-assisted job-reporting software helps make reporting faster and easier, but you’ll still need to provide accurate information about the fault, diagnosis, repairs completed, parts used, final test results including photos.

- Restricted Electrical Licence
- Electrical Licence
- Restricted Gas Licence
- ARC Refrigerant Handling Licence
- Manufacturer appliance training
We also welcome applications from electricians, plumbers and other suitably qualified tradespeople with domestic appliance installation or repair experience.
