About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Certified Practicing Valuer to join our team in a permanent, full‑time role based across Brisbane North and Caboolture .
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high‑quality residential valuation reports in a timely and professional manner, while building strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
You will manage your portfolio effectively, identify business opportunities, and work towards achieving personal and team performance targets.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated valuer who enjoys autonomy, values collaboration, and takes pride in delivering exceptional client outcomes.
About you
You are a driven and customer‑focused professional with strong residential valuation expertise and a commercial mindset. You bring excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to relationship management and business development.
You will also bring:
Degree in Business (Property) or equivalent qualifications
Certified Practising Valuer (CPV) status
Strong attention to detail with excellent report writing and analytical skills
Proven ability to manage client relationships and stakeholder expectations
A team‑first mindset with a commitment to professional development
