We’re looking for a Product Manager – Business Banking to help shape and deliver products that support Australian businesses while staying true to our purpose-led ethos. This role can be based out of the Head Office in Melbourne (Collingwood) or Sydney (Mascot and is soon to be relocated to the CBD).
This is a unique opportunity to drive strategy, performance, and innovation across our business banking product portfolio. You’ll balance commercial outcomes with strong governance and a commitment to responsible banking. Working closely with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Marketing, and Digital, the Product Manager will lead product initiatives from concept through to delivery and optimisation.

What you will be doing
- Own and manage the Business Banking product portfolio, driving performance, growth, and margin outcomes
- Develop and execute a product roadmap and lifecycle strategy, including enhancements, simplification, and innovation initiatives
- Identify and deliver new product opportunities, aligned to customer needs and the digital strategy
- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve end-to-end customer experience and product performance
- Lead data-driven planning and decision-making to optimise results and mitigate risk
- Ensure all products meet regulatory, governance, and compliance requirements
What you will bring
- Proven experience in product management within banking or financial services, ideally across business banking products
- Strong capability in product strategy, portfolio management, and governance frameworks
- Solid knowledge of the banking regulatory environment and compliance requirements
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with a collaborative, hands-on approach
- A data-driven, adaptable mindset with a passion for purpose-led banking and improving customer outcomes
