Your Key responsibilities:
Schedule, initiate and monitor daily, weekly and monthly bot runs to ensure automated business processes are completed on time. Track utilisation, performance and capacity to optimise bot usage and maintain effective management of the automation environment.
Maintain automation logs, schedules and performance records to support audit, reporting and continuous improvement.
Monitor and manage automation errors from daily production runs, ensuring technical issues are resolved promptly and business-related exceptions are referred to the appropriate teams.
Role fit
The essential requirements for this role are:
Demonstrated experience supporting automated or digital workflows, including monitoring daily production runs, identifying exceptions, and coordinating timely issue resolution to ensure continuity of business processes.
Proven ability to extract, analyse and interpret data from multiple systems to support reporting, performance monitoring and continuous improvement, with proficiency in Microsoft applications and/or business intelligence tools.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate issues, assess impacts, coordinate defect resolution and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new or updated automated processes.
