Cleaning Operations Manager (Casual to Permanent Opportunity)
We’re a growing, local cleaning business looking for an experienced, motivated person to help manage and grow the cleaning side of our business.
This is a great opportunity for someone who has years of industry experience and wants to bring their knowledge, ideas, and existing industry relationships to help build something from the ground up.
The role will involve:
- Managing the day-to-day cleaning operations
- Helping develop systems and processes as the business grows
- Training, supporting and building a reliable cleaning team
- Quality control and ensuring high standards are maintained
- Liaising with clients and helping grow client relationships
- Leading by example and creating a positive team environment
The ideal person will have:
- Strong cleaning industry experience
- Experience managing or leading a team
- Great attention to detail and pride in their work
- Excellent communication skills
- Existing relationships within the cleaning, property, Airbnb, commercial or related industries (highly desirable)
- A proactive attitude and a passion for growing a business
- Familiar with airbnb and cleaning apps as well as (but not essential) Airtasker
As we are a new and expanding business, the hours will initially be casual and limited, however this role has the potential to grow into regular hours (up to 5 days per week) as the business expands. Weekend availability is required as we service Airbnb turnovers and time-sensitive cleans.
