Details: The City Renewal Authority is seeking an experienced leader to establish and lead our new Portfolio Coordination function.
This position is responsible for strengthening City Renewal's enterprise portfolio, program and project management capability, ensuring executives and project teams have the governance, assurance, insights and delivery confidence needed to successfully deliver City Renewal’s portfolio of city-shaping projects and initiatives.
About the role
As the Senior Director, you will:

lead portfolio governance, assurance and performance reporting across City Renewal

provide strategic advice on portfolio planning, prioritisation, delivery risks, resource allocation and organisational performance

develop portfolio reporting, analytics and decision-support tools that improve visibility of commitments, benefits, risks and delivery confidence

build organisational capability by embedding fit-for-purpose portfolio, project, procurement and contract management practices
About you
You are a collaborative leader who combines strategic thinking with practical delivery experience. You will bring:
-
experience leading portfolio, project management, governance, assurance and organisational performance functions in a complex environment
-
strong analytical, communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence senior decision-makers
-
demonstrated experience improving organisational capability, systems and ways of working to achieve better delivery outcomes.

experience in an urban renewal or similar organisation.
