Senior Veterinary Nurse Perth Vet Emergency (PVE) Osborne Park | Emergency & Critical Care
Ready to lead from the floor and make a genuine impact? As Perth Vet Emergency prepares to open our newly renovated Osborne Park hospital, we're looking for an experienced
Senior Veterinary Nurse who is passionate about Emergency & Critical Care, loves supporting others, and wants to help shape a positive nursing culture from the beginning.
This is more than a senior nursing role. It's an opportunity to influence patient care, mentor fellow nurses, and be part of building something special.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll combine advanced ECC nursing with hands-on leadership, including:
- Managing emergency and critical care patients
- Performing triage, pathology, radiography, anaesthesia monitoring and treatments
- Working closely alongside veterinarians on patient management
- Supporting, coaching and mentoring nurses across the team
- Helping maintain excellent clinical standards and workflow
- Contributing to a supportive, collaborative hospital culture
Most importantly, you'll be part of a team where nurses are respected, included in clinical discussions, and empowered to use their skills.
About You You'll bring:
- Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing or Bachelor of Veterinary Technology
- 3+ years ECC experience or 5+ years in general practice nursing
- Confidence managing patients in a fast-paced environment
- Strong clinical, communication and problem-solving skills
- A genuine passion for supporting and developing others
Leadership experience is highly regarded but not essential for the right candidate.
