A busy CBD bar & kitchen is looking to maintain its kitchen team with a full time chef de partie/ sous. This position would suit an experienced chef looking for a work/ life balance with the flexibility to work a rotating roster.
The business is open Monday to Saturday, with the latest kitchen close at 9pm
Annual salary will be determined on experience.
Reporting to the head chef, the successful candidate must show;
- Certificates in commercial cookery
- Good presentation
- Hygiene & food safety
- Ability to work under pressure
- Contribution to menu ideas
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team
- Reliability
- Good communication
- Capability in all aspects of the kitchen
- Leadership qualities with 3yr experience preferred
