Role Overview
We are seeking caring and reliable Disability Support Workers (DSW) to assist NDIS participants with daily living, personal care, and community access.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care (showering, grooming, dressing, hygiene)
- Assist with meals, mobility, and household tasks
- Support community access (appointments, outings, transport)
- Encourage independence and daily living skills
- Follow care plans and report client wellbeing
- Maintain shift notes and documentation
- Work in home and SIL settings
Requirements
- Certificate III in Individual Support (preferred)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- First Aid & CPR certification
- Valid driver’s licence (often required)
