- Pizza Preparation & Cooking: Hand-stretching dough, topping pizzas, managing oven flow, and plating with consistency and care.
- Service Speed: Working quickly and efficiently during high-volume service without compromising quality.
- Station Set-Up & Pack-Down: Keeping your section clean, stocked, and ready for action before and after every shift.
- Teamwork: Working closely with other kitchen staff to maintain service flow and timing.
- Cleanliness & Food Safety: Maintaining high hygiene standards and following kitchen safety procedures at all times.
- Stock Management: Assisting with rotation, stock checks, and minimising waste in your section.
About You:
We’re looking for a motivated and experienced cook who thrives under pressure and loves being part of a high-energy kitchen.
You’ll be a great fit if you:
- Have previous experience as a Pizza Cook in a fast-paced kitchen.
- Are available evenings and weekends.
