We are seeking one dedicated all-round staff to independently undertake office administration, accounting support and daily logistics work.Main Duties
- Manage daily office routines, document filing, correspondence and general clerical tasks
- Assist with basic accounting work, including data entry, invoice sorting and financial paperwork
- Handle logistics arrangement, delivery coordination and relevant document formalities
Job Requirements
- Skilled in Microsoft Office; meticulous, reliable and capable of multi-tasking
- Basic experience in admin, accounting or logistics is an advantage
- Good communication skills and ability to work independently
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Gladstone QLD
