What you will do
As project support officer, you will help deliver important assurance work across the branch.
You will support projects that improve governance, reporting and organisational resilience.
You will:
-
provide practical support for risk management and resilience activities
-
prepare and coordinate confidential meeting papers, reports and management materials
-
maintain effective working relationships to support cross-functional activities
-
contribute to continuous improvements across Assurance processes, policies and procedures
-
generate and analyse data to produce reliable reports and respond to requests.
About you
You do not need a mandatory qualification for this role. You should bring relevant experience supporting projects, reporting or governance activities.
You should also have:
-
strong project and governance support skills
-
the ability to coordinate work and monitor progress
-
experience maintaining accurate data and preparing reports
-
advanced skills using the Microsoft suite to produce professional documents and presentations.
