About the role
We are seeking enthusiastic industry professionals who wish to join a vibrant and energetic team in the role of Food and Beverage Attendant.
With opportunities within Conference and Events, Il Barocco, Le Jardin, the Water Salon and In Room Dining this role requires individuals with the ability to prioritise and wow our guests with impeccable service and who possess a genuine passion for providing an exceptional guest experience.
About you
- Previous Food and Beverage experience within a similar 5-star environment
- Previous fine dining experience is highly regarded
- Bar or Barista experience is desirable
- Confident communicator with excellent time management skills
- Impeccable grooming and presentation
- Strong attention to detail
- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster including weekends
