Position Title: Claims Administrator

About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Claims Administrator to join our team. This role is responsible for supporting the end-to-end claims process by ensuring accurate data entry, timely communication, and efficient administration of claims documentation. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams, clients, insurers, and service providers to help deliver a high standard of customer service and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage incoming claims documentation and correspondence
- Accurately enter and maintain claims data within internal systems
- Monitor claim progress and follow up on outstanding information
- Liaise with clients, insurers, assessors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and claim summaries as required
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, policies, and regulatory requirements
- Respond to customer enquiries professionally and promptly
- Assist with file audits and document management
- Support the Claims Team with general administrative duties
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in administration, customer service, or claims processing preferred
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desirable Qualifications
- Experience in insurance, finance, automotive, or related industries
- Knowledge of claims management systems
- Certificate or qualification in Business Administration or related field (desirable)
