The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our Technology team and contribute to the ongoing development of our digital and customer platforms.
Reporting to the Senior Full Stack Developer, this role is perfect for someone who enjoys building quality solutions, collaborating with others and continuing to grow their technical skillset in a supportive, fast-paced environment. You’ll work across both front-end and back-end development, contributing to scalable and reliable systems that support our growing omnichannel business.
What you’ll be doing:
- Build and deliver full stack solutions across web and backend systems
- Collaborate with the wider Technology team to implement technical solutions aligned to business needs
- Assist in system design, development and integration activities
- Identify and troubleshoot bugs, performance issues and optimisation opportunities
- Follow best practices in code quality, testing and documentation
- Support QA and UAT processes, ensuring smooth delivery of new features
- Participate in code reviews and continuously improve development standards
- Engage with stakeholders to understand requirements and contribute to solution design
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and contribute ideas for improvement
What we’re Looking For
We’re looking for a collaborative and motivated developer who’s passionate about technology and eager to continue developing their full stack capability.
You’ll bring:
- 3–5+ years’ experience in full stack development
- Experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks such as React or Vue)
- Backend development experience (Node.js preferred)
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS (APIs, Lambdas or similar)
- Understanding of system integration, testing and performance considerations
- Experience writing clean, maintainable and well-documented code
- A strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
- Good communication skills and the ability to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
