We are seeking dedicated, highly organized, and passionate Head Veterinary Nurse to lead our clinical nursing team and ensure the highest standards of patient care.
About the Role In this pivotal leadership role, you will oversee day-to-day nursing operations, mentor nursing staff, and collaborate closely with our veterinary team to deliver exceptional animal care.
Key Responsibilities：
- Supervise, coordinate, and lead the daily work of nursing staff and assistants.
- Monitor performance, conduct evaluations, and support the ongoing professional development and training of nursing staff.
- Prepare staff rosters, manage shift coverage, and coordinate daily staffing requirements to ensure optimal clinic operations.
- Work in close coordination with veterinarians, allied health professionals, and other healthcare staff to streamline patient care plans.
- Monitor, maintain, and audit stock levels for medications, surgical consumables, and medical supplies.
About You:
- Relevant qualification in Veterinary Nursing (Cert IV or higher)
- Proven experience in a clinical environment with demonstrated leadership potential or supervisory experience.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin/Chinese is highly preferred to effectively communicate with our diverse client base.
- Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational abilities.
