$34–$42 per hour

thePromoAgency works with brands, agencies and event organisers to deliver campaigns that engage people, create memorable experiences and help brands stand out.
We're currently expanding our promotional staffing and brand ambassador team and are looking for energetic, reliable and professional people who enjoy working with people and representing brands.
Whether you have previous promotional staffing experience or simply have a great attitude and strong communication skills, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing
Depending on the campaign, your role may involve:
- Brand ambassador work
- Promotional staffing
- Product sampling
- Trade show and expo support
- Lead generation and lead capture
- Product demonstrations
- Retail activations
- Event support and customer engagement
- Campaign setup and pack down assistance
- Team leader opportunities for experienced staff
No two campaigns are the same. One week you could be supporting a major trade show, the next you could be representing a well-known brand at a retail activation or consumer event.

Experience
Experience in any of the following is highly regarded:
- Promotional staffing
- Brand ambassador work
- Events and activations
- Hospitality
- Retail
- Customer service
- Sales
- Trade shows and exhibitions
However, attitude, reliability and communication skills are often more important than experience.
Advantageous Qualifications
The following are beneficial but not essential:
- RSA
- Working With Children Check
- Food Handling Certificate
- Driver Licence
- Own Vehicle
- Sales Experience
- Public Speaking Experience

Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must have current work rights in Australia
- Must be available for casual campaign-based work
- Must be able to travel to campaign locations across Melbourne
