About the Company
Our client is a well-known Australian manufacturer specialising in fresh produce. With operations ramping up for the busy season, they are seeking reliable and efficient Process Workers to join their production team.
Timings: Monday to Friday (Morning Shifts) (3 days a week)
Location: Dalmore VIC
About the Role
As a Process Worker, you will play an important role in the day-to-day production and packaging of fruit-based beverages. You’ll be working in a fast-paced environment across different areas of production — from fruit sorting and preparation to bottling and packing — ensuring that every product meets the company’s high quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general production duties including sorting, washing, and packing.
- Operate basic production line equipment and assist with machinery as trained.
- Follow all hygiene, GMP, and food safety standards throughout production.
- Inspect and remove defective products or materials as required.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area, including handling waste and recyclables correctly.
- Support warehouse and dispatch tasks when needed.
- Work collaboratively within a team to meet daily production targets.
About You
- Prior experience in food or beverage manufacturing (fruit handling or juice production preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
- Physically fit, able to lift up to 15kg and perform repetitive tasks.
- Comfortable working in cool environments.
- Reliable, punctual, and flexible to work across varying shifts.
- Team-oriented attitude with good communication skills.
