The Head of Teaching and Learning P-12 is a strategic member of the School’s
Executive Team.
The role requires insight and vision and will provide an opportunity for the
successful candidate to show courageous 21st century leadership in developing an inclusive learning community. This will rest on nurturing positive relationships
between students, teachers, parents and community stakeholders.

education from PreSchool to Year 12 in a Christian context as we are an

About your experience:

A demonstrated commitment to professional development and learning.

Permanent Australian Residency
-
Experience in school leadership, or a role providing support and leadership in an independent school environment, or equivalent experience.

High level of communication, negotiation and conflict resolution skills
Desirable:

Experience in an Independent or Anglican school setting

Post-graduate qualifications in an appropriate discipline focusing on leadership or education (preferred)
Essential Criteria:
-
A Bachelor’s degree in Education or a relevant field (teaching qualification).

Current NSW Working with Children Check.
-
Registration with the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA).

Knowledge of Australian curriculum and NESA requirements.

Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the NSW syllabus documents, including the ability to respond to student learning needs
