EQ Foods is looking for an energetic, confident and driven person to join our growing team in a Sales & Customer Service role.
If you’re into training, gym culture, nutrition and high-protein food, you’ll fit right in.
THE ROLE
You’ll be working directly with our customers and wholesale partners while helping us grow EQ across gyms, supplement stores, vending, retailers and other stockists.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Reaching out to potential new stockists and generating sales leads
- Following up leads and building relationships with wholesale customers
- Taking inbound sales enquiries via phone, email and social media
- Providing friendly, fast customer service
- Following up existing accounts and encouraging repeat orders
- Helping introduce new EQ products and flavours to customers
- Assisting with general sales admin and order enquiries
- Representing EQ professionally with customers and industry partners
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We want someone who is:
- Confident on the phone and comfortable starting conversations
- Outgoing, personable and genuinely good with people
- Hungry to sell and motivated by hitting targets
- Reliable, organised and able to follow through
- Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
- Interested in fitness, gym culture, nutrition or the supplement industry
- Keen to grow with a young Australian brand
Previous sales or customer service experience is a bonus, but attitude, confidence and work ethic matter most to us.
This would be a great opportunity for someone already immersed in the fitness industry who wants to turn that passion into a career in sales.
