Ramsgate Beach House (RBH) is a beachside venue that offers breakfast lunch and dinner in a casual coastal setting.
We are looking for experienced floor staff who can work Friday and Saturday evenings from 3pm.
We are looking for outgoing professionals who can stay calm under pressure and have fun while they’re at it.
If you love food, drinks and hospitality and love engaging with people we want you on the RBH team.
Your responsibilities
- Welcoming your customers and seating
- Taking orders, recommending food and drinks
- Serving food and drinks
- Using POS system to take orders and communicate customers dietary concerns with chefs
- Clearing tables
- Collecting payments
- Assist in maintaining RBH’s customer service standards
You must
- Experience working in a busy, fast paced environment
- Ability to serve your customers efficiently and in a friendly manner
- Excellent customer service
- Must be flexible and available to work early mornings, nights, weekends and public holidays
- Valid RSA
