As a Business Manager for Inclusive Employment Australia, you will be responsible for managing and motivating your teams to success. You will do this by managing budgets, individual and team KPI's and monitoring performance against established targets.
You will develop and implement strategies that will ensure our customers are supported through the whole employment services process, whilst continuing to champion Real Futures as an employment service partner of choice.
Your ability to turn vision into reality is the attribute that will separate you from everyone else.
What will you be doing?
- Providing support and direction to the operational team
- Promoting and fostering strong relationships with new and existing host organisations, RTO's, community organisations, employers and other stakeholders
- Contractual and technical support to operational staff
- Ability to review operational plans for successful outcomes
About you
- Have previous exposure to working with People with Disability
- Ability to rapidly build effective and positive working relationships
- Advanced level of communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Strong positive problem solving and conflict resolution skills
- Good level of business acumen and budgetary skills
- Knowledge of risk management approaches
- Ability to obtain a working with vulnerable people card and a National Police check

- Ability to work Monday to Friday - 8:30am to 5:00pm
