Tasks & Responsibilities
- Proficient in processing a high volume of sales orders, email enquiries and phone calls.
- The ability to think on your feet in a high volume work space.
- Professional and confident phone manner when dealing with a variety of customer enquiries.
- Assisting some “walk-in” Customers on occasion.
- Crosschecking of data & attention to detail is essential.
- Daily filing of key documents.
- A team first mentality willing to accept occasional additional tasks on short notice.
Experience & Skills
- A minimum of 3 years full-time office-based customer service experience necessary.
- Proficient in basic Microsoft Office applications.
- Previous experience using SAP or another ERP system is essential.
- You will require the ability to think on your feet, multitask and work independently when required.
- Possess clear communication skills.
- Mature and responsible approach at all times.
