We have an exciting opportunity for an Associate Nurse Manager - Candidate Care to coordinate recruitment and onboarding for nursing and midwifery staff across Torres and Cape Hospital and Health Service.

About the Role
As the Associate Nurse Manager - Candidate Care, you will support nursing and midwifery recruitment and workforce coordination across TCHHS.
In this role, you will:
Coordinate recruitment and onboarding processes
Support candidates throughout the recruitment journey
Work collaboratively with hiring managers and workforce teams
Contribute to workforce planning and service delivery
Support safe, high-quality care through effective workforce coordination
This is a dynamic role where no two days are the same. You'll work across primary health care centres, rural and remote hospitals, integrated health services and community teams - helping connect healthcare professionals with meaningful careers across Torres and Cape.
About You
You will demonstrate:
A strong clinical background in nursing or midwifery
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
The ability to manage competing priorities
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Commitment to delivering a positive candidate experience
What we offer:
Base salary comprising between $128,117 - $130,806 p.a.

Employer superannuation contribution of 12.75%
Annual leave loading of 17.5%
