As a Front of House Supervisor, you’ll coordinate and lead the team on shift while acting as the lead host, bringing Mi Casa Es Tu Casa to life through exceptional hospitality.
You’ll ensure every guest feels welcomed and looked after while keeping the service, systems and team consistently on track.
- Coordinate the team and lead the shift from start to finish.
- Oversee the Host, Pass, Bar and All-Rounder areas, ensuring each station runs smoothly and all responsibilities are completed.
- Lead the guest experience from arrival to farewell.
- Take ownership of the floor and service flow.
- Coach and support the team throughout service.
- Complete operational checklists and opening and closing procedures.
- Monitor guest recovery and team performance.
- Maintain cleanliness, organisation and stock levels.
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen and bar.
- Uphold RSA, food safety and company standards.
- Previous Front of House experience.
