Rehabilitation Administration Officer (Contractor)
Essential Requirement: Previous experience using Chameleon Case Manager (CM).
Applications without Chameleon Case Manager experience will not be considered.
Modern Rehab is seeking an experienced and reliable Rehabilitation Administration Officer to provide administrative support within our growing workplace rehabilitation and CTP services.
This position would suit an individual with previous experience working within the workplace rehabilitation, workers compensation, CTP, or allied health sectors who is looking for flexible contractor-based work.
Key Responsibilities
- Chameleon Case Manager (CM) administration and file management.
- Uploading and maintaining case documentation.
- Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Appointment scheduling and coordination.
- Assisting Rehabilitation Consultants with administrative tasks.
- General case management and reporting support.
- Liaising with treating practitioners, insurers, solicitors and clients as required.
Essential Requirements
- Previous experience using Chameleon Case Manager (CM).
- Previous experience working within a Workplace Rehabilitation Provider, Workers Compensation, CTP, or allied health environment.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Engagement Details
- Contractor position.
- Approximately 8 hours per fortnight (flexible).
- Remote work available.
