We’re looking for an experienced Sashimi & Sushi Chef to join our long-term kitchen team at YURICA Japanese Kitchen.
Minimum 2+ years of professional sashimi & sushi experience is essential.

- Experience preparing nigiri and sushi
- Strong attention to quality and presentation
- Clean, organised and reliable
- Comfortable working independently in a busy kitchen
