Pastry Chef
Location: Hearthfire Bakery, Bellingen NSW
Pay: From $33.00 per hour
Hours: Approx. 3:30am – 11:45am
We're looking for an experienced Pastry Chef to join our production team.
You'll produce laminated and non-laminated pastries, including croissants, danishes and other sweet and savory products, while maintaining high standards of quality, consistency and food safety.
Requirements
- Experience with laminated pastry.
- Strong pastry and dough handling skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- High standards of quality and cleanliness.
Must have current Australian working rights.
