About the role
As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will be the welcoming face of Breakfast, delivering a helpful, thoughtful and engaging experiences for every guest. You will play a pivotal role in overseeing our F&B operations and ensuring exceptional service delivery, with your north star being the creation of memorable guest experiences. Working closely with the Food & Beverage Manager, you will lead and support your team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while maintaining the highest standards of quality and brand excellence.
This role will primarily focus on the breakfast team, encompassing responsibilities across the Restaurant, In-Room Dining, and Events. Operating on a rotating roster, you will thrive as part of a collaborative team dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service. Specifically, this role will involve:
- Provide hands on support to ensure a smooth day to day operations within Food & Beverage.
- Supervise the team, ensuring that brand standards are met and guest expectations are exceeded.
- Provide personalised service that creates lasting guest impressions, ensuring every interaction delivers a high-quality and memorable experience.
- Train and support the growth and development of team members, fostering a motivated, engaged, and high-performing team.
Ability to oversee a-la-carte, buffet style service and events.

What are we looking for?
- Experience in a Food and Beverage Supervisory role, or strong experience in an F&B service role, preferable within a hotel environment.
- Fluent in English, with the ability to engage professionally with guests and team members, both face-to-face and over email.
- Have a genuine passion for Hospitality, with the ability to find the "YES" in every situation.
- An enthusiastic individual who has a passion for F&B and motivated to grow their career within F&B
- Strong skills in resolving conflicts and addressing challenges efficiently, even during busy moments.
- Well-presented, organised, and calm, with a positive attitude and a knack for staying composed in dynamic situations.
Ability to work around a 7 day week roster including weekends and public holidays
