About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Female Support Worker to support a client in Maroubra. This is a stable, ongoing role ideal for someone who values consistency and enjoys building rapport with clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide one‑on‑one support in the home
- Assist with daily living tasks as required
- Promote independence, dignity, and safety
- Maintain professional boundaries and clear communication
Requirements
- Female worker (request based on client preference)
- Must be reliable and able to commit to ongoing shifts
- Current Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Police Check
- Experience in disability or community support preferred
